Appropriates $11,000,000 from the State General Fund to the State Department of Health for the MAGnet Community Health Disparity Program for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Directs funds to address disproportionate COVID-19 infections and deaths in Mississippi's minority communities through developing mitigation plans and reducing negative health outcomes.

Requires the program to reduce racial disparities in COVID-19 vaccine distribution and availability while conducting outreach to encourage minority community members to receive vaccines.

Allows Federally Qualified Health Centers in the state to apply to the MAGnet Community Health Corporation for funding from the appropriated amount.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
