Appropriates $49,692,200 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi State Department of Health for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates funds for county health department infrastructure improvements including new buildings ($4,000,000), district offices ($9,000,000), and general repair and maintenance ($8,309,350).

Provides $15,200,000 for disability access and accommodations and $8,704,400 for patient privacy protections at county health facilities.

Funds additional infrastructure needs including parking lots ($749,050), generators ($1,680,000), fire safety ($762,000), automated external defibrillators ($65,500), furniture ($648,800), and medical equipment ($572,900).

Takes effect July 1, 2025, with funds to be distributed by the State Treasurer upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer.
