Allows persons whose driver's licenses were suspended for being out of compliance with child support or spousal support orders to petition chancery court for a hardship license within 30 days of suspension.

Court may grant hardship driving privileges if it finds reasonable cause that suspension would hinder the person's ability to continue employment, based on clear and convincing evidence and a recommendation letter from the Mississippi Department of Human Services.

Hardship license holders may only drive to work and religious services, cannot operate commercial motor vehicles, and the license term is four years.

Sets the hardship license fee at $25.00 and requires the Mississippi Department of Public Safety to design a hardship license that looks substantially different from a regular driver's license.

Adds hardship license as a new type of operator's license in Mississippi Code and takes effect July 1, 2025.
