Creates the "Create A Respectful And Open Workplace For Natural (CROWN) Hair Act" to prohibit discrimination based on natural hairstyles including afros, braids, twists, and locs in workplaces and schools.

Prohibits employers, schools, school districts, and administrators from creating dress codes or policies that ban natural hair, and from discriminating in pay, promotions, discipline, or expulsion based on natural hairstyle.

Establishes exceptions allowing differential treatment based on seniority systems, merit systems, production-based metrics, or other bona fide job-related factors unrelated to hairstyles.

Prohibits retaliation against individuals who oppose unlawful practices or participate in investigations or complaints under this act.

Allows civil actions for violations with remedies including unpaid wages, liquidated damages, compensatory damages, punitive damages, equitable relief, and attorney's fees, with a two-year statute of limitations.
