Revises the order of candidate names on general election ballots so that nominees of political parties whose presidential nominees received at least 10% of votes in the previous presidential election are listed first alphabetically by last name.

Nominees of other political parties qualified to conduct primary elections are listed next alphabetically by last name, followed by any other candidates listed alphabetically by last name.

Applies the same ballot ordering requirements to municipal general elections, state general elections, and OMR equipment ballots.

Effective July 1, 2025.
