Amends Mississippi Code Section 63-11-30 to authorize courts to increase DUI penalties and fines at judicial discretion, with reasons for the increase required to be included in the court's written order.

Applies to all DUI violations including first offense ($250-$1,000), second offense ($600-$1,500), third offense ($2,000-$5,000), and fourth or subsequent offense ($3,000-$10,000).

Allows judicial discretion increases for Zero Tolerance for Minors violations, aggravated DUI, and DUI child endangerment charges.

Effective July 1, 2025.
