Restores full voting rights to William Roberts of Harrison County, Mississippi, who lost eligibility to vote due to a grand larceny conviction in Washington County on February 21, 1986.

Roberts was sentenced to one year imprisonment plus thirty-six months probation under the Mississippi Department of Corrections and was released on December 1, 1986.

Legislature finds that Roberts has conducted himself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen in a good and lawful manner since his release.

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
