Restores voting rights to Sandra L. Warner of Hinds County, Mississippi, who lost eligibility due to a 2013 felony conviction for possession of stolen property in Rankin County.

Warner was sentenced to five years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections, released on November 3, 2014, and discharged from probation on September 30, 2016.

Legislature finds that Warner has since conducted herself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen in good and lawful manner.

Legislation takes effect immediately upon passage.
