Authorizes issuance of up to $4,693,200 in state general obligation bonds to assist Washington County, Mississippi with various infrastructure and park projects.

Bond proceeds shall be allocated as follows: $1,400,000 for Old Leland Road improvements; $1,200,000 for California Street improvements; $200,000 for U.S. Highway 61 and Mississippi Highway 12 intersection improvements; $270,790 for Paul Love, Jr. Park renovation; $75,000 for traffic warning system at Simmons High School; and $1,547,410 for North Broadway Street improvements.

Creates a special "2025 Washington County Projects Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for the specified projects.

Bonds backed by full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi, with principal and interest payable by state appropriations or from the State Treasury, and are exempt from state taxation.

No bonds may be issued under this authority after July 1, 2029, and any remaining fund balance after project completion shall be applied to pay bond debt service.
