Authorizes the State Bond Commission to issue up to $988,205.00 in general obligation bonds to assist Washington County, Mississippi with road improvements.

Funds designated for: $648,065.00 for paving, repaving, repairs, upgrades and improvements to Sarullo Circle; $340,140.00 for the same work on Mourning Dove Street.

Creates a special "2025 Washington County Road Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for the specified projects.

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from issuance, bear interest at rates not exceeding statutory limits, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi.

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2029; any remaining funds after project completion shall be applied to debt service on the bonds.
