Authorizes the State Bond Commission to issue up to $500,000 in general obligation bonds to assist the City of Greenville, Mississippi with repair and renovation costs for city parks and the municipal golf course.

Allocates bond funds as follows: Greenville Municipal Golf Course ($125,000), Frisby Park ($125,000), Rounds Park ($125,000), and Maude Bryan Park ($125,000).

Creates a special fund titled "2025 City of Greenville Parks and Municipal Golf Course Repair and Renovation Fund" within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds.

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from issue date, bear interest rates within statutory limits, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi.

Prohibits bond issuance after July 1, 2029; any remaining fund amounts after project completion shall be applied to bond debt service.
