Requires all individual and group health insurance policies, service contracts, self-insured arrangements, and managed care entities delivering coverage in Mississippi to include coverage for physician-prescribed proton beam therapy for cancer treatment as recommended by the American Society for Radiation Oncology, effective July 1, 2025.

Applies proton beam therapy coverage requirement to the State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan.

Amends Section 25-15-9, Mississippi Code of 1972, to explicitly mandate the State Employees Life and Health Insurance Plan provide coverage for proton beam therapy for cancer treatment.

Coverage requirement applies to policies and contracts delivered, issued for delivery, continued, or renewed on or after July 1, 2025.

Effective date of July 1, 2025.
