Adds new paragraph (29) to Section 43-13-115 of Mississippi Code to expand Medicaid eligibility to individuals under 65 years old who are not pregnant, not enrolled in Medicare Part A or B, and have income not exceeding 133% of the federal poverty level.

Eligible individuals under the new provision receive benchmark coverage or benchmark equivalent coverage as defined in Section 1937 of the federal Social Security Act.

Division of Medicaid determines eligibility for individuals under this new category consistent with federal requirements.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
