Prohibits state funding for existing contracts between the Department of Human Services and private entities for child support collection and enforcement operations effective October 1, 2025.

Requires the Department of Human Services to terminate private contracts after funding ends and perform all child support collection and enforcement functions directly through its Child Support Unit.

Shields the state from monetary penalties or liability to private entities resulting from contract termination.

Amends Section 43-1-3 of Mississippi Code to ban the Department of Human Services from entering into new contracts with private entities for child support operations on or after the bill's effective date.

Section 43-1-3 amendment sunsets on July 1, 2026.
