Expands Mississippi Medicaid eligibility beginning July 1, 2025, to include individuals under age 65 who are not pregnant, not enrolled in Medicare Parts A or B, and have income not exceeding 133% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Eligible individuals under the expansion receive only essential health benefits as defined in the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, as amended.

The expansion provision is temporary and automatically repeals on December 31, 2027.

Requires the Division of Medicaid to determine eligibility for the new category and establish necessary federal waivers to implement the expansion.

Maintains current Medicaid coverage for all other eligible categories and does not reduce benefits for existing recipients.
