Adds individuals age 55 or older who need nursing facility level of care and reside in a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization service area as a new Medicaid eligibility category, subject to additional program-specific conditions set by the Division of Medicaid.

Authorizes the Division of Medicaid to cover PACE services as determined by the division, adding it as a covered service type under the Medicaid program.

Requires conforming amendments to Section 43-13-117 to align with the new PACE eligibility provisions.

Effective July 1, 2025.
