Establishes felony crime for knowingly and willfully transporting unauthorized aliens into Mississippi, punishable by 1-5 years imprisonment and $1,000-$10,000 fine.

Makes forging or counterfeiting government documents for unauthorized aliens a felony with 1-5 years imprisonment and $1,000-$10,000 fine.

Amends Section 45-1-3 to clarify Department of Public Safety duties to assist local law enforcement in enforcing state and federal laws against unauthorized aliens.

Increases penalties for E-Verify violations by employers and clarifies that unauthorized aliens cannot serve as labor representatives or receive state public benefits.

Makes it a felony for unauthorized aliens to knowingly accept employment, punishable by 1-5 years imprisonment and $1,000-$10,000 fine; establishes presumption they are flight risks for bail determination purposes.
