Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds up to $300,000 to fund improvements to Sasse Park in Clarksdale, Mississippi.

Bond proceeds will finance construction, repair, renovation, and improvements including tennis courts, skate ramp, aquatic center, amphitheater, gazebos, outdoor fitness court, playground equipment, botanical garden, walking trails, and memorial trees.

Creates the "2025 City of Clarksdale Sasse Park Improvements Fund" within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds for eligible project costs.

Bonds may be issued at any time before July 1, 2029, with maturity not to exceed 25 years and interest rates within statutory limits; bonds are general obligations backed by the full faith and credit of Mississippi.

Investment earnings on fund amounts and any remaining funds after project completion shall be applied to pay debt service on the bonds.
