Amends Mississippi Code Section 43-19-103 to add a new factor courts may consider when awarding or modifying child support.

Adds mental or physical disability of a child as a criterion that can overcome the presumption that guideline-based child support is just and appropriate.

Includes children over age 21 who are incapable of self-support and require care by the custodial parent as eligible for disability-based support consideration.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
