Authorizes issuance of up to $4,693,200 in state general obligation bonds to assist Washington County, Mississippi with road, school, and park projects.

Road projects funded include: Old Leland Road ($1,400,000), California Street/Robertshaw Road intersection ($1,200,000), U.S. Highway 61 and Mississippi Highway 12 intersection ($200,000), and North Broadway Street ($1,547,410).

School project allocates up to $75,000 for safety-related repairs and upgrades to Simmons High School.

Park project allocates up to $270,790 for repair, renovation, and improvements to Paul Love, Jr., Park.

Bonds are backed by full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi, must mature within 25 years, and cannot be issued after July 1, 2029.
