Suspends voting rights upon conviction of vote fraud, crimes listed in Mississippi Constitution Section 241, or crimes interpreted as disenfranchising in Attorney General opinions, but automatically restores voting rights once all sentencing requirements are satisfied.

Modifies sections 23-15-11, 23-15-19, 23-15-125, 23-15-151, 23-15-153, and 23-15-165 to implement automatic restoration of voter registration in the Statewide Elections Management System once sentencing requirements are completed.

Requires county registrars and election commissioners to receive regular reports of voters who have satisfied sentencing requirements and to automatically restore their names to voter rolls, state voter rolls, and pollbooks.

Brings forward sections 97-39-3 (disenfranchisement for dueling) and 99-19-37 (voting rights restoration for World War I and II veterans) for possible amendment.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
