Amends Mississippi Code Section 97-5-39 to expand the definition of contributing to the delinquency of a minor to include knowingly causing a child to violate the Uniform Controlled Substances Law.

Amends the statute to also include knowingly causing a child to participate in gang or gang-related activities as contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Maintains the existing misdemeanor penalty of up to $1,000 fine, up to one year in jail, or both for violations of the expanded delinquency statute.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
