Establishes a Mississippi Wild Turkey Stamp required for residents and nonresidents age 16 and older to hunt or take wild turkey in the state, with the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks determining the form and electronic equivalent.

Sets stamp fees at $10.00 for residents and $100.00 for nonresidents, with all revenue dedicated to wild turkey protection, propagation, and habitat development or restoration (excluding administrative salaries).

Requires hunters to possess the stamp or proof of electronic purchase while hunting; penalties for violations are waived if the person can verify purchase of a stamp prior to the violation date.

Imposes misdemeanor penalties of $25.00 to $100.00 for violations of the act.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
