Designates the entire segment of Interstate 22 within Mississippi as the "Medal of Honor Trail," extending from Interstate 269 in Byhalia through DeSoto, Marshall, Benton, Union, Pontotoc, Lee, and Itawamba Counties to the Mississippi-Alabama state line.

Includes a portion of U.S. Highway 78 in Byhalia, DeSoto County, extending northwesterly from its convergence with Interstate 269 to the Mississippi-Tennessee state line as part of the "Medal of Honor Trail."

Requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the designated highway segments.

Effective upon passage.
