Revises the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Equivalency Unit (MMCEU) definition to designate one unit as one gram of THC in a cannabis concentrate or one gram of THC in an infused product (previously 100 milligrams for infused products).

Authorizes healthcare practitioners to issue written certifications for homebound or bedbound patients through telemedicine evaluations, provided another practitioner certifies the patient's homebound or bedbound status.

Prohibits applicants for medical cannabis establishment licenses from applying to counties or municipalities for zoning or permitting actions until after receiving a state license from the Mississippi Department of Health or Department of Revenue.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
