Authorizes issuance of general obligation state bonds not to exceed $10,000,000 to fund construction of a new addition to the Greer-Stafford Allied Health/Nursing Building at Mississippi Delta Community College.

Addition will provide space for advanced nursing training and instruction, including a nursing simulation lab for all health science students.

Creates a special fund designated "2025 Mississippi Delta Community College Greer-Stafford Allied Health/Nursing Building Fund" to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for project costs.

Bonds mature no later than 25 years from issuance date, with full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi pledged for payment; bonds are exempt from state taxation.

No bonds may be issued under this authorization after July 1, 2029; act becomes effective July 1, 2025.
