Removes the prohibition that prevented holders of commercial driver's licenses from being eligible for nonadjudication in DUI cases under Mississippi Code Section 63-11-30.

Allows commercial driver's license holders convicted of a first DUI offense to potentially have charges nonadjudicated by the court, with conditions including alcohol safety education programs and possible ignition-interlock devices.

Maintains all other DUI penalties and requirements for commercial driver's license holders, including suspension of commercial driving privileges governed by Section 63-1-216.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
