Amends Mississippi voting eligibility law to allow automatic restoration of voting rights once a person convicted of vote fraud, crimes listed in Mississippi Constitution Section 241, or crimes interpreted as disenfranchising in Attorney General opinions has satisfied all sentencing requirements.

Changes permanent disenfranchisement to temporary suspension upon conviction, with automatic restoration upon completion of sentence rather than permanent loss of voting rights.

Requires county registrars and election commissioners to automatically restore voters' names to the Statewide Elections Management System, state voter roll, and county pollbooks once sentencing requirements are satisfied.

Modifies Sections 23-15-19, 23-15-125, 23-15-151, and 23-15-165 to implement automatic restoration procedures and remove language establishing permanent disenfranchisement.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
