Amends Section 21-21-3 to require municipalities to provide each police officer with at least one less-lethal force option (stun gun, baton, or pepper spray) that must be available while the officer is on duty.

Amends Section 19-25-13 to require sheriff's office budgets to include funding for at least one less-lethal force option for each sheriff and deputy sheriff that must be available while on duty.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
