Authorizes the Mississippi Development Authority to sell, lease, or dispose of real property in Lowndes County (28.4373 acres) and Columbus (4.0 acres combined) at less than fair market value at the authority's sole discretion.

Changes sale price requirement from "not less than current fair market value as determined by average of two appraisals" to allowing sales below fair market value.

Directs all proceeds from property sales to be deposited into the Mississippi Existing Industry Productivity Loan Program Bond Sinking Fund under Section 57-93-1, administered by the Mississippi Development Authority.

Permits the Mississippi Development Authority to correct any discrepancies in the legal descriptions of the properties listed in the bill.

Authorizes the authority to pay costs associated with title search, title insurance, legal fees, recording fees, and other expenses necessary to sell or dispose of the property.
