Enacts the Social Work Licensure Compact, allowing Mississippi to join other states in recognizing multistate licenses for social workers in clinical, master's, and bachelor's categories.

Establishes the Social Work Licensure Compact Commission to oversee the compact, with one delegate per member state and an executive committee of up to eleven members.

Creates a multistate authorization to practice allowing licensed social workers to provide services across member states while adhering to laws in the state where the client is located.

Requires multistate license applicants to pass qualifying national exams, undergo criminal history background checks, maintain an unencumbered home state license, and report adverse actions within thirty days.

Amends Mississippi Code sections 73-53-7, 73-53-13, and 73-53-29 to recognize multistate licenses and authorizations under the compact.
