Enacts the Interstate Dental and Dental Hygiene Licensure Compact, allowing dentists and dental hygienists licensed in one member state to obtain expedited "compact license privileges" to practice in other member states without obtaining separate state licenses.

Creates the Interstate Dental and Dental Hygiene Licensure Compact Commission with two voting commissioners from each member state to oversee implementation, establish rules, and maintain clearinghouse for adverse actions and licensee information.

Establishes eligibility requirements for compact license privileges including CODA-approved education, passage of ADEX or equivalent examination, no criminal convictions (except traffic offenses), no disciplinary history, and no active investigations.

Requires compact becomes effective upon enactment by at least five states; allows member states to take disciplinary action against compact license privilege holders and mandates automatic discipline across states if home state takes adverse action.

Effective July 1, 2025; amends Mississippi Code sections 73-9-1, 73-9-3, 73-9-5, 73-9-13, 73-9-41, 73-9-43, 73-9-61, 73-9-63, and 73-9-65 to incorporate compact license privileges into existing dental licensing framework.
