Creates the "Mississippi Doxxing Prevention Act" prohibiting the knowing disclosure of restricted personal information (Social Security numbers, home addresses, phone numbers, personal email, fax numbers) about covered persons with intent to harass, threaten, intimidate, or incite crimes

Defines "covered persons" as law enforcement officers, state/county/municipal employees, grand and petit jurors, witnesses, court officers, and criminal informants, plus their close relations (spouses, children, parents, siblings, household members)

Establishes penalties for first offense as a misdemeanor with up to $2,000 fine and/or 6 months in jail; second or subsequent offenses become felonies with up to $10,000 fine and/or 5 years imprisonment; crimes of violence carry up to 10 years imprisonment

Amends the Mississippi Public Records Act to exempt restricted personal information of covered persons from public disclosure requirements

Takes effect July 1, 2025
