Adds paragraph (29) to Section 43-13-115 to expand Medicaid eligibility to individuals under 65 years of age, not pregnant, not enrolled in Medicare Part A or Part B, and with income not exceeding 133% of the federal poverty level.

Eligible individuals under the new paragraph (29) shall receive benchmark coverage or benchmark equivalent coverage as defined under Sections 1937(b)(1) or 1937(b)(2) of the federal Social Security Act.

Implements expansion authorized under the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

Division of Medicaid shall determine eligibility for individuals covered under this new category.

Effective date: July 1, 2025.
