Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds totaling up to $1,950,500 to assist the Town of Plantersville, Mississippi with infrastructure and municipal projects.

Section 2: Authorizes up to $825,000 for Grant-Wuichet Park improvements (walking track, concession stand, restrooms, baseball fields, lighting, bleachers, dugouts) and road/street repairs and resurfacing in the town.

Section 3: Authorizes up to $125,000 for Plantersville Community Center improvements (parking area paving, playground upgrades, equipment) and above-ground commercial storm shelters at the community center and park.

Section 4: Authorizes up to $700,500 for fire department equipment and facilities (new fire truck, building repairs/renovations, 911 radios, turnout gear and clothing).

Section 5: Authorizes up to $300,000 for police department building purchase, three Ford Explorer vehicles, and equipment including radios, computers, office furniture, firearms, and a gun safe; all bonds must be issued by July 1, 2029.
