Prohibits knowingly owning, operating, installing, creating, or selling vehicles containing false or secret compartments designed to conceal persons, controlled substances, or contraband from law enforcement.

Defines "false or secret compartment" as any integrated or attached enclosure including modified fuel tanks, altered factory equipment, or added compartments with intent to hide illegal items or persons.

Applies to all vehicle types including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, aircraft, and bicycles.

Establishes criminal penalty of a fine up to $10,000 and/or imprisonment of 1-2 years for violations; allows inference of intent if compartment contains or shows evidence of previous concealment of contraband or unlawful persons.

Authorizes law enforcement to seize vehicle registration and license tag upon arrest, issue temporary 30-day license tag, and return original documents once vehicle is repaired and reinspected; effective July 1, 2025.
