Provides that any person who trespasses onto another's property shall not be considered a tenant and may be removed by the owner or agent without following eviction procedures or liability.

Allows owners or agents to dispose of trespassers' belongings in any manner without liability.

Amends section 89-8-3 to clarify that residential landlord-tenant law does not apply to persons who trespass or enter property without the owner's knowledge or permission.

Amends section 89-8-7 to exclude trespassers from the definition of "tenant" under landlord-tenant law.

Amends section 89-7-5 to exclude trespassers from rights to recover land under property occupation laws, effective July 1, 2025.
