Reauthorizes the issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of Pascagoula High School, effective July 1, 2025, with an additional fee of $30.00 per tag annually.

Exempts Pascagoula High School distinctive tags from the minimum presale requirement (300 tags) and three-year expiration for reauthorization if no tags are issued.

Distributes collected fees as follows: $24.00 to Pascagoula Athletic Foundation, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Allows tax collectors to retain $2.00 from each additional fee and deposit it into the county general fund; replacement tags cost $10.00 with 5% retained by tax collectors.

Amends Section 27-19-44 to add Section 27-19-56.246 to the list of distinctive license tag sections exempt from standard presale and expiration requirements.
