Requires vehicle headlights to be operated whenever windshield wipers are needed due to precipitation or other conditions, in addition to sunset-to-sunrise and low-light situations.

Prohibits drivers from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps during times when headlights are required by law.

Establishes violation as a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of no more than $25.00.

Amends Section 63-7-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
