Authorizes issuance of up to $2,000,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund interior repair, renovation, upgrades, and improvements to the Hinds County Courthouse in Jackson, Mississippi

Creates the "2025 Hinds County Courthouse Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds for the courthouse project

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi

Bond proceeds and income are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation and qualify as legal investments for fiduciaries, banks, and insurance companies

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2029, with the act taking effect July 1, 2025
