Suspends voting rights upon conviction of vote fraud, crimes listed in Mississippi Constitution Section 241, or crimes interpreted as disenfranchising by Attorney General opinions, but automatically restores voting rights once all sentencing requirements are satisfied.

Modifies voter registration procedures to remove names from the Statewide Elections Management System only during the period of sentence completion, requiring automatic restoration upon satisfaction of all sentencing requirements.

Amends election commissioner duties to restore voter names automatically into the Statewide Elections Management System, state voter roll, and county pollbooks once sentencing requirements are satisfied.

Directs the Statewide Elections Management System to receive regular reports of voters who have satisfied sentencing requirements and automatically restore their voting eligibility.

Effective July 1, 2025.
