Requires vehicles operated on public roads during sunset to sunrise and when adverse driving conditions exist to display illuminated headlights and rear lamps.

Defines "adverse driving conditions" to include rain, snow, ice, sleet, fog, any precipitation requiring windshield wipers, other adverse weather, and unusual road or traffic conditions unknown to the driver.

Prohibits drivers from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps when headlights are required; requires low beam headlights in fog conditions.

Establishes violation as a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $25.00 upon conviction.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
