Changes voting disqualification from permanent to temporary: persons convicted of vote fraud or crimes listed in Mississippi Constitution Section 241 have voting rights suspended upon conviction but automatically restored once all sentencing requirements are satisfied.

Modifies voter registration system to remove names upon conviction but automatically restore them once sentencing is complete, with county registrars and election commissioners required to track and implement restoration.

Applies automatic restoration to convictions for vote fraud, crimes in MS Constitution Section 241, or any crime interpreted as disenfranchising in later Attorney General opinions.

Updates multiple sections of Mississippi election code (23-15-11, 23-15-19, 23-15-125, 23-15-151, 23-15-153, 23-15-165) to implement the automatic restoration mechanism and require regular reports to county registrars on voters who have completed their sentences.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
