Amends Section 17-13-11 of the Mississippi Code to require interlocal agreements involving services or facilities provided by county sheriffs, court clerks, assessors, or tax collectors to be submitted to and approved by the respective county official before taking effect.

County officials whose services or facilities are being utilized must approve and execute such agreements, subject to the same requirements that apply to Attorney General approval under existing law.

Maintains existing requirement that all interlocal agreements must be submitted to the Attorney General for approval to ensure compatibility with state law, with failure to disapprove within 60 days constituting approval.

Requires agreements to be filed with the chancery clerk of each affected county and the Secretary of State as public records, indexed separately from other records.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
