Amends Section 25-11-109 to allow county and municipal election commissioners to receive creditable service in the Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS) for their terms of office, exempting them from the per diem basis exclusion.

Amends Section 25-11-111 to provide an additional $200 per year to PERS members who served as county or municipal election commissioners for at least 8 years before July 1, 2025, when they withdraw from service and receive a retirement allowance.

Requires county or municipal governments to certify years of service as an election commissioner to the PERS for members to receive the additional $200 annual benefit.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
