• Prohibits local counties and municipalities from establishing minimum wage rates or mandatory vacation/sick leave requirements, reserving such decisions for the state legislature.

• Brings forward nine existing Mississippi Code sections for possible amendment, including provisions on state auditor internships, election poll manager compensation, school employee leave, and human trafficking definitions.
