Amends Section 29-5-203 of Mississippi Code to revise the boundaries of the Capitol Complex Improvement District in Jackson.

Changes the northern boundary from Northside Drive and the Illinois Central Railroad line to Westbrook Road and Old Canton Road/Canton Mart Road.

Modifies the western boundary to reference the Interstate 55 South Frontage Road and Boling Street instead of the previous railroad and street configuration.

Updates the boundary description to reference Bullard Street (which becomes Woodrow Wilson Drive) in place of Mitchell Avenue and Stonewall Street.

Effective date: July 1, 2025.
