Repeals Section 41-41-191, which prohibited abortion after 15 weeks' gestation except in cases of medical emergency or severe fetal abnormality.

Repeals Section 41-41-34.1, which prohibited abortion of an unborn individual with a detectable fetal heartbeat except to prevent death or serious bodily impairment of the pregnant woman.

Removes from Section 73-25-29 the provision that subjects physicians to license revocation or disciplinary action for performing an abortion after detecting a fetal heartbeat.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
