Replace the Attorney General with the Lieutenant Governor, Commissioner of Insurance, and State Treasurer on the Occupational Licensing Review Commission.

Allow a majority vote of the commission to call meetings, rather than only the chair.

Permit any commission member to request state agencies provide assistance and data, not just the chair.

Require the commission to act on all proposed occupational licensing regulations within 150 calendar days of submission.

Take effect July 1, 2025.
