Amends Mississippi Code Section 57-1-14 to expand the exemption for development project client information from the Mississippi Public Records Act to apply to any public body, not just the Mississippi Development Authority

Extends the confidentiality period for client information concerning development projects from two (2) years to four (4) years after receipt by the public body

Maintains existing exemption for confidential client information during the period of review and negotiation on project proposals and for 30 days after approval, disapproval, or abandonment (not to exceed one year)

Preserves existing protections prohibiting disclosure of qualified investment amount breakouts, tax incentive certifications, and mFlex agreements provided to state officials and higher education institutions

Takes effect upon passage
